Welcome to Writing Prompts! These Terms describe the rules for using our website and services at https://writingprompts.top. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide
Writing Prompts offers creative writing prompt generation and related tools, including themed modes, sharing/export features, and optional paid upgrades.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region) to use the service. Keep your login credentials confidential and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with others, attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent security, or use it to generate or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Purchases and Billing
Paid plans are billed via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 7 days so we can review. Refunds may be provided as required by law or our posted refund practices.

5. Content and IP
You own the original writing you create with Writing Prompts. We may process and store your content to operate the service. All platform code, branding, and features belong to us or our licensors.

6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and may be communicated via email or in-app notice.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time; some obligations (e.g., payment due, IP protections, disclaimers) survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and Liability
Writing Prompts is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the 3 months before the claim (or the minimum allowed by law).

9. Governing Law
Applicable law and dispute resolution will follow the rules of your place of residence unless local law requires otherwise.
